"We had a wonderful stay while celebrating our 10 year anniversary, everything was perfect and the service was exceptional! We went for the spring escape package and it was great. The extra details were really appreciated. The spa is quite small with limited capacity and could do with a steam room but overall was good. Would highly recommend!"

"I stayed with my Mum for a girly weekend away. We were kindly given a free upgrade in advance of our stay, and the room was absolutely perfect. Fresh, spotless, comfortable and spacious, with the most wonderful view of the river. All of the staff that we encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner each day of our stay, and then Sunday lunch, and the food was all fresh and tasty, beautifully presented, with lots of..."
"Second visit to this lovely hotel. Room was perfect and loved the handmade chocolates and happy anniversary message with the Swan towels. A lovely personal touch for our wedding anniversary. Loved having to not free about parking when we arrived. Room was lovely, a peaceful view you could watch all day. Will definitely be back. Hopefully soon."
"We stay in a lot of hotels, so its always nice when a stay exceeds expectations. Booked last minute, but got a stunning room, reserved parking and evening meal. The location is stunning on the river and although it was busy, didn't feel crowded. There was a chilled friendly vibe, and there was a young woman singing which made for a brilliant evening. Breakfast was ample, and overall the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and would..."

For the cost they should have comfy beds as a min. There were no bowls in the suites kitchen area. Not one food order was correct always something was missing or you had to wait over 10 mins for the food that was missing or..."
